Can someone be banned for this?

Had a player in lobby assigned jungle, said "I'm inting :D" and locked in with . Someone dodged but I screencapped it. Can this get them banned since they clearly intended to intentionally feed?

Send in a support ticket. Otherwise the game would have to happen.

I'm not sure why he took Cleanse. Wouldn't Teleport have been more worthwhile? Cleanse is used to keep you from dying...
