Do you need honor 2 by the twelfth to get rewards?

It's going to be interesting to see how many people quit playing league because of this rule. I have never been banned and only received 1 chat ban since this game was released. I ended up getting a chat ban for 10 games about a month ago and now I've lost everything i've fought to get? Kinda lame.
Yes, you need to be Honor Level 2 by November 12th to receive end-of-season rewards.
Yep. Might as well give up or start exploiting even at checkpoint 3.
You have a whole year to be a honourable player next season too.
