Is there a permanent /muteall function?

i honestly hate people that mute all every single game before their team even gets to say anything your jungler has a harder time ganking your lane because you didnt even know that they said or pinged anything and if you are the jungler your lanes are gonna hate you because you only gank when you want to gank instead of when lanes need it. if you mute all at the start of every game you are an actual child that makes the game worse for the rest of your team that is actually trying to communicate

if it was possible to have a automatic mute all every game no one would flame and riot don't want that

Riot should just disable chat completely. It would remove any issues. Pings are just fine. If you can't tell how the game is going without chat you probably shouldn't be playing ranked anyway.
