Im literally just going to report everyone and anyone that says one small thing "negative" because at this point. Anything and everything is negative. You won't get anywhere, the system detects the validity of the reports, so if they aren't accurate it places you lower.
Consistently falsely reporting other players may decrease your report weight in the future. Essentially, this may mean that if you encounter a toxic player in the future and you have virtually 0 report weight, you alone won't be able to do much. Sounds like your plan will more than likely backfire.
Or you could, y'know, NOT be a complete dick.
I didn't say you were making false reports. I was just throwing some information out there for the general public.
You should absolutely be reporting people who verbally abuse you, or anyone else for that matter, to help hold summoners responsible for their actions, without responding in kind!
If no rewards because your toxic well then yea.... you get what you deserve. If you saying you have not received them yet, I believe they are handing them out over the next week or two (was a riot post about it recently but cant remember what is said exactly).

At this point I almost wish I could give away my silver border. Just a reminder of my failure to achieve gold. Maybe this season they will be shinier? probs not though.
FUN FACT: The more false or nitpicking reports a player submits, the less weight their future reports carry! When players spam reports, all they are doing is wasting their own time!
OH btw, all of my 2016 reports WILL be valid. Trust me :] I will ensure it. None-the-less they will be in mass submission.
