I got someone banned for international feeding.
It took a ticket and about a week of waiting but I got someone banned for intentional feeding in about 20 ranked games. Just letting you know it's possible.

International Feeding: Feeding so bad that the game bugs and random people in different servers get extra kills from outta nowhere.
Why wouldnt it be possible? I got feedback after simple ingame report that intentional feeder got banned.
