Pinging MIA constantly

Im sure almost everyone has had that one teammate where they get tilted and just start pinging MIA non stop for the rest of the game. So why hasnt Riot releashed some way to be able to mute certain team mates pings, but currently all you can do is mute everyone's pings but you still see the ping popping up on the map. Being able to mute just that one tilted teammate's pings would be great, and then people would not be so frustrated not being able to report people who just ping MIA all game long. But what are your thoughts? Should we just be able to mute certain peoples pings, or be able to report people for pinging the same ping repeatedly through the whole game???
