If you retaliate, you're just putting yourself on the level of the person who attacked you. Don't retaliate and relish in the fact that you're a morally better person.

however. when players are deliberately baiting toxicity. game after game. for a short tempered player. its like starving a dog. and then holding a steak in front of them. and then beating the dog every time it tries to eat the steak, and NOTHING is being done to give players tools to not be toxic

Agreed, and I agree with Riot, but sometimes there isn't much you can do.

When you play off meta Top, or Mid like my last game (Insert Insults here) but I had a perfectly valid reason to do such, and a person (Steals your Role) and you (Refuse to play Duo) because of no communication or setup, and end up feeding in my case of trying to get ahead and actually do something which wasn't going to work because of the troll (Getting a 2 week suspension for that is bullshit.)

Riot in these type of situations needs to deal with the offending players who create such a negative experience the game goes south from the start of the game and there is no hope at all...

Most of the toxicity however in general is with chat and I agree / mute all and play the game, (Heck I even turn off my sound when people don't use the ping system like I do it is very distracting.
