Saying gg is bannable

There is a way to use GG to harass people. If you say it after your team gives first blood, or first tower, or loses a dragon, or loses a baron, to criticize someone's build (support Lux built Deathcap first GG idiot), then you're in essence saying "My team is so bad and worthless that I may as well AFK since there's no way to win with idiots like this on my team"

So, GG can be used to harass. It normally isn't.
