Just begged everyone to report me and they did

Was feeding, got super emo and threatened to kms if any of the 9 people I was playing with didn't report me. Afterwards, when I had cooled down, a few of them did. Really wish there was some sort of protection against this sort of thing, because I hate how I get so masochistic sometimes. They probably wouldn't have reported me if I didn't literally beg them, since they seemed like decent people.

This isn't the first time this has happened, either. When I feed in League, it's as if I see red and just start belittling myself in chat, telling people all the horrible things I want to do to myself. I can't control it at all, and then later on I have to deal with the consequences. Any advice?
