Automatic warnings are never going to get you banned?

I just wanna make sure, coz I'm receiving warnings recently and I'm pretty sure i weather kept silence or was well mannered. There are a bunch of toxic players tho, started flaming after they died ganking my lane, I suppose they are sending fake reports. So I just want to make sure that Riot will look into my chat logs before they actually ban me, is that true?
