Automatic warnings are never going to get you banned?

I just wanna make sure, coz I'm receiving warnings recently and I'm pretty sure i weather kept silence or was well mannered. There are a bunch of toxic players tho, started flaming after they died ganking my lane, I suppose they are sending fake reports. So I just want to make sure that Riot will look into my chat logs before they actually ban me, is that true?

That is true. Also for people who consistently report falsely their reports do not carry as much weight in the future.
