The difference between "Boring game" and "GGEZ" is that one is stating that few things happened in that match (Not necessarily a bad thing) and the other is insulting the skill of the enemy team after they lost. (AKA being an ass)
at the end? sort of, what was the score? if you were melee top against a ranged champ early to mid game i would call it boring

I'll say that in the middle of a game if I'm bot and no one has died or went back to lane in 10 minutes lol. Ty janna / soraka supports :p So boring to play with (yes i know they can be strong, but they don't encourage much interaction in lane, especially when theyre both present) As far as post game chat? It depends on the game itself
not if they end up 0/0/0 and their team won 50-40 kills lol.
