leaver buster system is flawed AF? I cleared 5 games still got leaver buster. Also, the new client is still dog shit. I wait 20min just for the Q never come up or the client lags like hell in champ select.

Sounds like you should reduce some in-client visual settings to avoid lag. Possibly do a re-install.
The client is far from perfect, but personally I haven't had any issues in months. Beyond the continual lack of item sets, of course, but shit happens.
