How do I report someone who threatens to int
Got a guy who threatened to int if we didn't give him jungle, what do I put this under?

Don't give him jungle, report him as inting. Or if in ranked, dodge and not care. Someone else will deal with that jerk. It can also be put as unsportsmanlike behavior for threatening to int if you actually did play with him.
Well, I'd say that's negative attitude and unsportsmanlike behaviour for sure. And while the category "verbal abuse" does sound inappropriate, iirc one of the examples in there is "harassment", which can also refer to intimidating, pressuring or bullying. Threatening to int is exactly that. It's an attempt to intimidate/bully the team into, for example, swapping roles. And obviously, if they actually go through with it you can report them for intentionally feeding. But that should go without saying.
At least that's my opinion.
