Played a ranked game last night with the "stereotypical adc main". I am Nautilus support with obliviously the best adc NA, EUW, EUNE, KR, RU, LAN, etc. Jhin vs a Sivir and Bard. We end up winning lane pretty hard along with our team winning other lanes hard as well. So it was like a 25 min game. ADC Pro keeps saying how pro he is and how hard he is carrying. His stats after the game are roughly 10-3-cant remember and I am 1-2-13.

All he says is "Naut saved you guys so many times during the game". Referring to the one or two times I pulled one of the enemy players out of his root. I am sorry but if I have a chance to hook hug someone I am going to do it. Cuz its so much fun! Anyways my point is why even in a game where your team won hard does this dick have to be a ... dick? Like.... you couldn't say "hey gg man". Or if you want to provide feedback say "hey gg, btw you should wait to land hook if I am about to root them, just as a fyi".

I get there are players like this in every position in basically every game. But why? Should embrace when you get good teammates who make plays and have a good game and not write them off. Because reality is unless your super hard smurfing your probably playing around that elo and making equally as many mistakes so just stfu and play the game because we see your mistakes just don't call you out on them because were not dicks.

Sorry just thought this dude was funny. Like... we hard stomped lane and he never once even said gj to me haha. Such a dick.

Sounds to me like he should wait for you to land the Dredge Line/Staggering Blow and chain his Deadly Flourish/Captive Audience on top of Nautilus' cc.

would make sense. I believe the enemy stepped on his trap and then he was going to hit root but I grabbed them and allowed them to get out of it quickly. Granted it lead to them using their summoners to get away with hardly any health but that was not good enough for this player.

I am still new to Jhin so I was not really thinking about him trying to use roots or anything. I do like the combo you suggested though.

If he was that good with jhin after the first or second time you hooked someone he could have picked up your play pattern to W between you and your hooked target. Works like a charm.

Any ADC who thinks they are responsible for really anything instantly means they are honestly terrible. The ADC is completely made by the support and the jungler. Hence why they dont go to lane on their own. Any ADC who thinks they are something great should instantly tell you they aren't. Every veteran ADC knows their success is 80% support/jungle.
