Recently i got back into playing ranked games and was climbing with a buddy of mine. I was playing support (janna) and he was my ADC (lucian). When we got into the lobby, our jungler said,

"yo give me support idw jgl"

I replied with, "sorry i cant jungle, mayb ask mid?"

Before jgl could say anything, mid said "sorry i cant jungle either"

Jungle then stopped talking for a while and locked in Sona jungle (after id already locked in janna). They then switched their spells from smite and flash to exhaust and flash (for support) and didnt say anything while the picks went on.

Everyone was asking and confused, why was this guy trolling us?

He replied with, "so dodge".

We were at 0 seconds left when I had to be the big person and dodge because this scumbag was going to make 4 other people lose 20 LP because he was having a tantrum.

I had to wait a good 15 minutes to get back into queue (and i think i lose 5 LP for this, dont i?) while im sure this guy had a good laugh about it and procede to either:

-get rewarded for being a baby and get his intended role next time -ruin someone elses match/lobby and make another person dodge

This is not okay. We need to put a stop to this, guys like this go around ruining games with 0 consequences.

Sure we can just do the match and report him after. But still, things like:

-the report doesnt get them punished because there arent chatlogs of pre-game lobby (85% chance this will happen) -4 other people lose 20 LP because of this jerk -time and effort is wasted in something that is a gaurunteed loss

Things like that will happen and youre much better off dodging and getting a moderate penalty while this guy gets off free with 0 consequences for what he did.

Please Riot, do something.

pre / post game chats are checked.

You let him roam free without being able to report him cos you didn't call his bluff.

Role stealing is a 14-day ban punishment.

I really blame this stupid auto fill since some times it put you in a very stupid spot I had to deal with this type of crap too but it's mostly the auto fill fault, I play ever single role to a platinum level except for ADC but for some reason this stupid auto fill places me in ADC when I 98% of the time never Adc. Heck I would rather support then ADC because support doesn't really need a extreme level of skill like ADC where they have to macro and make sure they last hit.

Okay, look. In this situation, you don't dodge. You let him troll.

Why?

Because his logs will bring even more evidence to the table, his arguing would be in game, and you won't look like the bad guy.** Never give a troll what they want. **Ever. You had no jungle? Okay. Roaming support. Make something work. The meta isn't the determination of a win or lose. It's how you deal with the cards dealt to you.

Was it okay? No. That is why you force him to dodge instead or let him whine the entire game because the person didn't get what he wanted.

Because the game has a fundamental flaw that rewards trolls and punishes everyone else around them. You either sit quietly and get victimized, or you say something and get punished by riot. And this community would rather see people get banned for saying "ez" at the end of a match instead of address these issues. It's insanity.

Maybe rito should add a report option in champ select..? Then have the team members vote on it. Experiment with that, I guess?

Howdy! I Just read your comment and i get those too while playing ranked games. i once had a person that got support role in ranked but insisted on going jungle and he picked warwick. thankfully someone in my team dodged. Secondly, im sure everyone will be annoyed by that so everyone will report that person, and believe me i'm 100% sure leaverbuster will notice and punish that person. These people are despised by the LoL community and probably only do this because of the autofill system. but i have no trouble with autofill system since everytime i fill adc i get the role i want. Thats all i have to say. Good Luck Summoner!

Don't dodge when someone trolls pregame. Let them tank their MMR and report them after the game. Otherwise you give them a free pass to do it again and you receive a penalty for their shitty behavior.

Unfortunately Riot does not care about this. They will be busy banning "toxic players" when this is allowed to happen. These people need to be put in place. Esepcially when LP is awarded based off of wins and losses, dodging is better. I am not willing to lose 20 LP just to maybe get the guy punished. Riot needs to fix this broken system or more of these losers are allowed to thrive.

i think there should be a Low priority system in LoL just like in dota 2 , the more a player trolls and feeds , the more that player stay in LP will be.
