Any idea when the new role selection comes into game?

Title (When is the new role system going to be in place?)

TL:DR two bad games today with two toxic games just unable to play them at all because of what these players were doing, and false reported for (Offensive Language) after just muting everyone because I knew there was going to be a fight when the jerk kept pushing off turret, and got the enemy ahead then everything goes bad on top of auto locking.

Would have saved me from two toxic match-ups.
