Fuck you

17min trying to reconnect to a game after I got disconnected during the loading screen. it wouldn't give me the option to reconnect and the game didn't even open when I tried 6 times to sign in. I went to another account and the client opened. All of my settings had been reset. So quickly go back to my main account and the game opened. The game ended 6min later and leaver buster on my screen... so why am i being punished for the shittiness of this client you fucks made?

Like Kei143 said you only get hit with Leaverbuster if you have a history of leaving and/or afking in games. If you know you're having connection issues yet queue up anyway then that's your problem not Riots, so instead of blaming them for making LB do yourself a favor and make sure you have a stable connection and as much time to play as possible before queuing up for a match.

it was the fucking client the shit crashed and never came back up. I have a stable connection i had just got done playing with friends before i decided to go play league.

Again, you got LBed because you have a history of leaving/afking. If you didn't have those infractions already then you most likely wouldnt have gotten LBed. I've had times where the client was unresponsive so I know how frustrating that can be. However, because it's never been to the point where it's happening frequently I've never been hit by LB.

Ultimately there's not much more that can be said that hasn't already been said here other than if you need to test to make sure everything is okay on your end then boot up a custom or practice tool game to check.
