How do I get Honor 2 back?

I've been Honor 0 for months and I only have 1 checkpoint even though I've been muting all and honoring someone every game.

I'm not sure what to do anymore. At this rate I won't have ranked rewards. Someone help me out

Just keep playing and don't be negative or abusive in the chat, been there done it can tell you if you keep on you will get it back. It does depend on how severe your reason for getting honor reset is though, some people get it back quicker than others depending on the degree of their thing.

I've been grinding twisted treeline bots. only 2 other people have to honor for you to get the bonus.

7 minutes a day to slightly advance your honor.

maybe it actually doesn't noticeably help, but I get to feel like I'm moving forward faster.

and don't get reported.
