Potential ban for off meta pick..

I saw this video today and he is potentially going to get perma banned because he is playing an off meta pick. I want to hear some people thoughts on this. I can't believe that a guy who takes something like singed into bot lane and plays him support and gets to plat with it is some one who is negatively impacting this game. I think he is playing something that works and is working efficiently enough to get to plat. It is refreshing to not see someone be a meta slave.

He didn't get a ban for playing an off meta pick. No one has ever been banned for that... including this guy.

It seems what they are banning him for is the majority of people breaking Rule number 5 by reporting him for this offmeta pick. Everyone thinks singed players are trolls to begin with but whenever I see this guy play via the few videos I have seen from LoLHounds, He's not a troll. He's got a very good idea to help his team. If the ADC wants to be a little bitch about it that's them. There should be no reason for you to be that selfish and get all of the support when your team needs you.

relating to the first point, his +50% win ratio is from climbing through bronze and silver which any decent player can do. He barely made it up to Plat only to be demoted again shortly after

He almost never went bot lane (left his adc to 2v1 for the majority of the game, unless he felt like ganking)

he stole camps from his own jungler, not just the enemy

he never grouped

never bought sightstone (mandatory? no, but just something else to show he wasn't really supporting)

actively ruined the experience of the game for other players

so ya, he was queued up as a support be he was really just a 2nd jungler
