Adding a disable on team chat is a good idea but it needs an indicator for who’s using it

Like you can put a chat bubble with an X over it on the person’s champion icon or something. But not using chat is a crucial piece of information that your team should be able to see.

I'd be ok with this, no reason not to let people know, and since saying "I'm muting everyone" both is and is not punishable, based on the day and the alignment of the solar system or some other arbitrary metric, it would be nice to have a way to share that information without risking one's account :D

No. Inflammatory as all hell. Pretend someone who doesn't respond to you just doesn't want to talk, or doesn't speak English.

No it doesnt. In cases where people cant flame their team they move to actively sabotaging the game and in game trolling. Adding an indicator would just make more people actively troll
