Well yes but you don't have to ruin the gameplay experience to others.I had game were we're loosing 1-8.Since it was only 10 minutes and they couldn't surrender, they decided to sell all their items and make a castle of wards in base, playing catch, wasting all their summoner spells and abilities saying "It's just a normal.Who cares?"I ended up playing a 2v5 with my jungler.We couldn't do anything and lost at 18 minutes.I know it's just a normal but you don't have to troll like that, wasting others time.

People only say that when they are being heavily abused about their performance or their off meta picks in normal game. They just want harassment and abuse to stop, so they say that. Usually people who know that they cant report someone for being bad or for not picking meta stuff, try to bait that person into flaming so they can get them banned for offensive language. Saying "dude chill its just a normal" is simply non offensive way to say "stfu i dont care what you say"

That was probably me, since i play normals and i usually go ''troll bot'' as you probably say when you see anything off meta.
