mute in pre/postgame lobby
some of the most toxic things are said in pregame and postgame lobby, yet we cant mute. my suggestion make muting available the moment you enter lobby, and have it carry over into game and postgame.

Post-game lobby is the worst. You mute people at 5:00 because they're playing the blame game, and then you get a nice break, and then they flood you with a bunch of their shitty attitude if you leave the post-game window open for more than two seconds.
It's ridiculous that Riot hasn't fixed this. It's a terrible experience. And it happens 80% of the time that you mute someone in-game. Like seriously, Riot, if I mute someone, they're dead to me, and I don't want to hear anything they have to say, ever. I know it's hard to make different databases sync up or whatever, but you have millions of dollars and it's an awful, terrible, no-good experience. Just the anticipation in between the nexus explosion and the post-game lobby is bad enough, knowing that this still isn't fixed after years of it being a problem.
IMO most players aren't toxic from the jump.
I guess this feature could be added but honestly these exchanges will only last 100ish seconds so I don't see much point at the same time.
Honestly even being able to mute post game chat would be nice. Muting pre game chat eh... dont see a reason as I try to use that time to talk team comp and strategy with my team.
Let us at least block them at the start like you can do at the end, LOL has the worst toxic chat of any game ever!
