It's harder to detect intentional feeders and trolls to be honest.

Trolls can easily be doing offmeta picks, and people will get fired up if you do something that is off meta.

And intentional feeding can easily be a bad game.

I can immediately assume that a Garen with Smite, lethality items, and 13 deaths has to be trolling. But I'd have to actually watch the game.

I'd Say we get a system like CS:GO's Overwatch system, I would happly watch games to determine trolls.

Is there anything we can do to make this happen @Riot
