Chat restriction. At what point can we consider flaming entrapment?

I was highly disappointed to be chat restricted, my first "punishment" since League was released. In reviewing the log, I didn't say anything that bad. I had a duo queue from the clan "Ranked Trollz" who played bot. The Varus was support - and built support - and the Viegar took the farm. They fed (combined 2-14 when the game ended). I had a Swain top, who admitted in lobby "I want to try out the rework." He also fed. Finally I had a jungler who mostly stayed in the jungle, but when he did come out it would be to dive towers at level 1 or steal dragon, dying every time and raging at me and other teammates for not helping.

Did I call out the self-proclaimed "Trolls" clan for trolling? Yes. I didn't swear, I didn't use any language that I would be ashamed to read out loud in front of family. I asked people to stop feeding. I asked Varus to build damage items. When the enemy team asked if the feeding "Trollz" lane were inting, I said yes in allchat.

Why are we punishing for making accurate observations? If I choose to jungle with Blitzcrank and my team tells me not to, can I report them for being negative and expect punishment? Evidently.

10 game restriction, I honestly don't care about the punishment. I just think it's a joke that the automated system flagged a couple of trolls who ganged up to report me. I miss the Tribunal, as no human being would have voted to punish me if you actually read the logs.

To add color, here is the chatlog. I wish it showed the people I was responding to, the Kayn cussing me out, etc. I did add some context in parentheses, and swapped pronouns to make it clear what was being discussed. Feels like if I can be punished for this, I can be punished for anything.

Also, I was just in a game where a teammate was literally saying the N-word in all chat. I reported him for hate speech. No action. Is the system not smart enough to automatically search for words like that when reported? Hmm.
