There needs to be serious punishment for not respecting auto-fill

I'm consistently getting players in ranked who get auto-filled and decide that they're picking their main role, regardless of what they filled. If nobody wants the role they filled, either someone dodges or they spend the entire game trolling while pretending otherwise.

Why wasn't this considered when auto-fill was implemented?
