BMing at different times

SO, I just would like to know if everyone is of the same opinion that BMing in game, like spamming laugh on Teemo, making Trundle do his weird dance thing, or disrespecting the enemy laner/team in any way isn't really much an issues because its both a part of the mind games and the other team has a chance to take back the superior position. But after the game its unhealthy and bad for the community because the game is over and its result can't be changed.

I completely agree. By the time post game chat is open the game is over, and the mind games should be done. We're here to compete with one another, not constantly display our dominance over other human beings. People who are of the latter mindset have no place around these parts.

Where do you draw the line? BMing is an attempt to make opposing players feel bad as a means to win the game. The problem is that people don't just reset their emotions at the end of the game. If people go through this enough, you drive players away from specific environments and ultimately the game in general. There are cumulative effects outside of the game you are currently playing, so why should you not face consequences?
