Permanently banned for this?

I just got this permanent ban notification, here's my reform card. It's only this one game. I opened a customer support ticket because this is simply absurd. Several months ago I was banned for 14-days for using a forbidden word and warned that my next offense would be a perma ban, so I stopped using the account for a long time until I was in a better headspace.
