My jungler intentionally feeds and trolls us by sitting in our lanes smiting minions/taking them

My jungler a few days ago intentionally lost us the game by refusing to leave my lane and would smite away my cannon minions, and use his rammus ult to steal the waves away from me while dying to the talon every 2 minutes saying "im not leaving until you do x for me". I reported him and sent in a support ticket with like 15 screenshots.

I check his matches a few days later and guess what? He played a game 4 hours ago. This is what you want, Riot? People are getting banned for getting frustrated at people flaming them, buts its ok to literally run it down mid, smiting away minions and dying while saying "i wont leave until you do x"?

I am thoroughly dissapointed and disgusted with this system. Good day.

yeah they already decided you can be a troll , but you can't use text to communicate your displeasure about the troll.

What they want is for you to try and fail and get all worked up about it.

I will quit easy if my team is working against me. No stress no concern, report at the end and play again.

Its pretty entertaining seeing people being "disappointed" by this. Theres a reason why the people here who fanatically defend Riots system downvote anyone pointing out the flaws and reality of it.

Saying something as simple and factual such as "Riots automated system does not catch trolls" will get you downvoted.

If factual statements about the flaws of Riots system are downvoted, it may lead people to believe those statements are false. That leads to people like the OP being "disappointed".
