Could I get banned for this?

Recently, I started a game with yasuo and I was going 3/6. When I was about to get a kill, my internet crashed and by the time I connected back to the game, my team ff'ed. I checked my match history and saw that my kda went to 3/7. Would my team think I was inting?

Everybody has bad games, and that won't cause you to be punished. If you aren't intentionally feeding you won't be punished as such even if they report you with that category.

Unlikely.

The only thing you need to worry about is if Leavebuster flags you, but that wont happen unless disconnecting/leaving/afk'ing has been done frequently recently.

No, the game knows you disconnected (and your teammates would, too, since it announces it to them). While your teammates would be free to report you as intentionally feeding, the system would not flag a disconnect as intentional feeding.

If anything happens, it would come from LeaverBuster. If this is the first time you've left a game in quite a while (intentional or accidental, doesn't matter), the system usually is forgiving. This is to allow for the exact kind of scenario you ran into without punishment. But if you've left other games recently, or if you leave other games in the near-ish future, you may find yourself hit by a small punishment from LeaverBuster.

Not likely. Leaverbuster cannot actually ban you, it would take a manual review to be banned for leaving games, but if you don't do it often you have nothing to worry about.
