Can't seem to get honor?

A while back, probably a couple months ago now, I got a chat restriction which reduced my honor level to zero. Was my bad, I was being a jerk, I own it.

I'm not always that way though. I go on mean streaks, but for the most part I'm a pretty ok dude. And when I go on those mean streaks, I get punished. I'm fine with that. I know myself enough to admit it.

But I'm not on a mean streak right now, and I've been pretty awesome in chat and in games for several months now. Positive, helpful, cordial. Doing good. Learned my lesson.

However, my honor level is still at zero, even though a while back it said I'm "unlocked," and since then I've had SEVERAL games where I've gotten 3-4 honors.

What's it take to get back to honor level 1?
