Smurf who play to stomp new player should really be a bannable offense.. How you expect to get new player in your game if experienced player ruin the fun by going on smurf to stomp people and mock them ? Legit it doesn't make sense.
It takes a few games to recognize smurfs and seperate them into a different queue. Please though, tell me your suggestion on how to easily recognize and solve this issue.
I legit don't care if you smurf against people of your experience/mmr but smurfing to stomp new player and make their experience a nightmare is ridiculous and should not be allowed.

This topic has been covered numerous times on numerous boards. People tend to down vote repetitive threads.
Your suggestion on fixing it is literally what Riot already does. It takes a number of games to get an accurate mmr. Thus, there is going to be some stomping.
However, I will offer a suggestion. Perhaps on account creation they can ask for experience level, if they don't already, and maybe filter a little that way. Of course that requires honesty on account creation and would only slightly fix the problem since eventually their mmr will provide that information.
