Riot, I have an idea for finding intentional feeders

Since you're still working on the automated system, why not let players honor level 4-5 watch the replays (or just 15 second clips leading to them dying) and chat logs of players who are reported for intentionally feeding. I know it would be a little slow, but it's better than nobody/a few Riot employees being swamped with the task. I'm only level 3 at the moment but I think I'm close to 4, have had no punishments on my account ever, and would gladly do this while in queue/waiting to leave for school/work with less than 1 hour of time to play (I don't queue unless I have at least 1.5 hours of free time). I saw you used honor levels for PBE applications, and that's good! We can use the honor system for so much more.

A lot of truly accidental stuff can look like intentional feeding though -- this is part of why the system has some troubles here. Sure, it's easy to spot the guy buying only zeal and running into combat not using spells, but I'm not sure I'd want a player skimming quickly through a video (since you can't MAKE them watch it) and then getting to vote on whether or not to apply a zero-tolerance punishment on another player. The amount of inaccuracy that could create seems higher than I'd call acceptable.

Considering people honor here those who carry games, not for behavior and that most people are lvl 4 and 5 honor just from playing anyway, giving such power to players would be bad.

That's a great idea but needs rules. Even if players get honored from carrying they don't get honored from being toxic. Plus if you lose your honor from punishment lose the right o review reports. Maybe something like a voting system or something. Meaning not only one person reviews it. I don't even care if it came with rewards, I'd do it for free.Never been punished in the 4 years I've played this, and there's many players like me who would love to do this to clean up the community. The reports with high votes on toxicty be reviewed by riot and the low to none basically get thrown. There's many people who report someone in every game on small things. That kind of stuff can just be ignored imo. Thus this system doesn't give players the right to punish but rather organizing or cleaning up. Lack of words lol but you get what I mean.

I agree. I mainly play Aram (yea, I know but it's like playing "Kamikaze SR" and imagine the possibilities if they made it Ranked!) and I felt/feel like if not what you suggested having "moderators" who spectate in SR and who actually play in Aram/TT and the RGM.
