first one was ingame, this person said it in post game lobby.
both arent banned almost 1 hour later. well the first person said it 3 days ago and isnt banned yet.

afaik you have to say TWO zero tolerance words in a chat log to get a 14-day ban. that's what I've seen in every chat log with the auto ban.
That doesn’t sound right. They take kys seriously. Just searching through some posts on euw, this player is complaining of a ban when he said kys.

We should make "kys" a meme so that instead of being banned he is getting arrested for Copyright infringement. xD
I mean.
It means "Kiss" where I'm from so that's probably why it's a bit harder for the EU system to pick it up.
I don't think it's ever been a true 'Zero Tolerance' policy. It's just a more recognizable buzzword than 'Low-' or 'Minimum-Tolerance'.
