I am not talking about players who have an emergency and need to leave urgently. I am talking about the players who say "gg" at 5 minutes when the team is only 4 kills down and just afk in base to try to get the enemy team to end quicker. They then spam chat to avoid detection by leaverbuster. Even if they get detected, they will only get maximum 20 min low priority queue.

It's unfortunate, but the best you can do is try and get both teams to report that player.
Noooo... that's exactly what you don't do. You can say "x is afk", if that's true, but if you try to get everyone to report em, you could get reported and punished yourself. Remember people; calling for reports is against the rules.

You don't see police officers being arrested for suspecting and or arresting criminals whom have dome guilty.

The worst thing that can happen is they get the normal leaverbuster... best case scenario is they check it out and see that they stood in fountain... moved every once n a while and did nothing basically and they give em a harsher punishment.
