@RIOT: Please fix your automated system !!!

So I just played a game and it was going well, however the enemy team complained that their Gragas was flaming super hard. In the post game lobby we found out that Gragas is EXTREMELY toxic, the cancer wishes, sexism, racism and all the good stuff. Not to mention his summoner name is also racist and homophobic. We all reported him of course, only for me and my friend to see him in our lobby next game. Of course as soon as he saw us he locked in cleanse and ghost with intention of trolling which he did, he inted the entire game and flamed too. We and the enemy team reported him AGAIN. So he has 9 reports in 2 fucking games in a row with terrible scores because he was inting. Do you think he got banned? Lol, gods no. But some poor bastard who wrote "ggez" probably did get a chat ban, while this toxic person keeps ruining games for weeks, judging from his match history which is full of losses with extremely negative scores, so I guess he was inting for weeks.

Please fix your goddamn system, I myself know how easy it is to get a chat ban for nothing but arguing without any slurs or cursing, but this person who is racist, homophobic, sexist, wishes cancer, intentionally feeds FOR FUCKING WEEKS gets nothing... I am sick of this tbh...

It works in riots favor to ban toxic people because they care about the game enough to make more accounts and spend on RP.

The average toxic player isn't just some humpty dumpty who got out of bed and decided to call everyone fiddgets and faffy fucks. Its someone whos upset some clown is trolling the shit out of the game and wasting their time,

So really with the mute function, your game isnt being ruined but the guy feeding and building like a faffyfuck is the one ruining the game for 4- 9 other people in a match

Its just proof Riot wants your money and doesnt actually care about player base.

I disagree with your premise. Nice tactics though. Make the one example sound absurd, "a humpty dumpty who got out of bed and decided to call everyone..." yeah, be vague and unrealistic in that example... meanwhile, "it's someone who is upset that some clown is trolling..." It's a real person and he's upset over your perceived problem (trolls).

My premise would be (and mind you, both of us are just speculating) it's some kid who plays the game and sometimes gets bored of just playing normally, so decides to get some laughs by pissing people off online. (Something me and my friends did 12 years ago when I was a kid).

I've never trolled out of anger. Me and my friends would troll because it's entertaining. We weren't "humpty dumpty" people who rolled out of bed... we went to school, lived normal lives, and trolled people online.

you misread me. The humpty dumpty is swearing because someone IS trolling his game and wasting his time. Not the humpty dumpty troll . We can agree if youre gonna find losers with no friends its gonna be the gamer nerds in high school and college and there are enough to be considered prevalent trolls- in the league community.

You think people like this care about the game? Wouldn't it be people who play seriously that care about the game?

I think it works more in their favor, because they're trying to get rid of people who ruin the experience for people who actually DO care about the game. It helps keep the playerbase happy.

That's not how things work. Riot actively discourages banned players from making new accounts.

sure mhm, yup , totally; thats why when my girlfriend's accounts final straw was just "boobs" in an aram game, the riot support email said just make a new account.

this is the most ludicrous concept ever. riot bans people to make money? if you've been banned once and lost your skins, why would you be so stupid to spend more money on a game you know you have rage problems with that got you banned in the first place?
