Report questions

If I do something non meta like go invade a jungle as support Ivern am I allowed to get reported for it? My whole team literally non stop harassed me for going Ivern support and invading Elise's jungle for the whole game, and they all decided to report me. I wasn't toxic and I didn't grief, but will I still get punished? I saw someone go support singed and he got a ban just because he took smite or something, even tho he had a high win rate and wasn't trolling. Can the same thing happen to me?

you are supposed to invade and steal camps. Especially if you are Ivern (even as support). It is a higher ELO tactic.

Understand that people can report you for anything. Even saying "Mickey Mouse". Doesn't mean the report is valid. The system is capable of identifying false reports and throwing them away. So don't worry about being falsely reported.

Of course, there are times you should be in lane, there are times that you should be covering for team fights. If all you were doing was invading and not going to lane, then something is wrong. Without gameplay VODs, we as a community won't be able to tell whether their report was valid. (Rioters on the other hand, will have that gameplay VOD, should they decide to manually review your case)

I haven't bothered to get intimately familiar with the Support Singed case, but I don't think you personally have anything to worry about.

Invading the enemy jungle is a high risk, high reward prospect. I frequently do it as Bard at level 1. Typically, I can expect to survive and possibly steal either their camp or even kill the jungler if they tank too many hits. Once in a while, though, I give up First Blood. Which sometimes leads to me getting flamed.

If your "invades" repeatedly ended with your own death, then you're moving into Intentional Feeding territory. But it sounds like you're using a realistic strategy and succeeding with it, despite having teammates that don't respect or understand what you're doing. As long as you're still performing your support duties and not just fucking around with red/blue buff while your ADC is in a 1v2, you're going to be safe from reprisal from Riot.
