We need to be harsher on people who say "I'm feeding" or similar statements
Why should we give any chances to a player who will willingly run into the fed enemy with no intent of surviving due to some petty shit like me not ganking them? Why isn't that just a perma ban? There's no "it's a bad game" when they DECLARE they're going to intentionally feed. Give them no chances.
