players punished for toxicity should lose their ability to report until they are eligible for loot

this would be to cut down on passive aggressive flamebaiting, and people deliberatly trying to rile others up for the purpose of getting them in trouble. because lets face it. we cant be expected to ignore that shit 100% of the time

I understand what you are saying, but i just dont see something like this working as you intended it to work. Like if their reports dont matter, its basically giving a free pass to people who do break the rules. And it just wouldnt work especially for people who break the rules other than being toxic!

The intent is to make it so the flamebaiter has to rely on a neutral or positive player to report the person they're targeting. Which if they ask for reports they get banned instead

You are assuming flamebaiters actually get punished

You are not supposed to convince others to report someone, if you believe someone is toxic, report him yourself.

exactly. which is why taking away toxic players ability to report would make it harder for people to deliberatlyu bait toxicity
