I had a Draven basically rage quit, run to mid, and give up because...wait for it...

I didn't go for a kill as lv 3 Soraka and didn't ward the river while my trinket was on CD. Basically just spamming the chat telling the enemy to kill me, saying I'm retarded, telling me to never play again, etc. I have faith in you guys but please let us know when anyone we reported in a 1 week time span gets banned. It's so satisfying to see that message.

He even kept going in post-game chat (not sure if automated system looks at that).

Riot do not ban the draven. The soraka clearly was being negative; and of course, due to negative activity on his account, he should be suspended. Don't forget to send soraka a card with all his own comments as clear proof. Thanks.

If you knew, Naming and Shaming disallowed. So Raka hid all names other than their own.

LOL I believe both sides are playful. good work u 2, You should told him about how your abilitites at low lvl are legit a 7,10,24 secs long while doing 30 whole dmg with an auto and that you're not a mythical battle raka like he thought you were some leona engager that just feeds for the kill.
