Just had my 0/4 mid laner intentionally feed then afk just because jungler didnt give blue to him
And he isn't gonna be punished by rito because "hes just having a bad game".
How is this ok?

Isn't this what we are supposed to do?
The secret Mid laner meeting of 2015 totally went over this.
Stuff like that makes me laugh since jungler isn't required to give up buffs. People just think they are entitled when they aren't. If someone is playing bad or just being rude, I won't give them buffs.
It sucks that they can't get in trouble since the quote "bad game" but I at least get some enjoyment out of them being mad before moving to the next game.
Its dirty. Somebody wants to rag on there jungle and well okay you can jungle right? affirmative? No they cant jungle. they are literally AFK with special needs
