Fix /mute all
/mute all is not keeping people gagged in post-game lobby which makes no sense.

Riot would do well to add a button to mute toxic trash in the pre-game lobby that would carry through to the game AND the post-game lobby.
More distressing for me is Riot's utter joke of a block feature. I am STILL seeing lobby chat from players whom I've blocked.
Repeated bug reports seem to accomplish nil.
