I saw someone with medieval twitch the other day, which only comes from honor level 3. So I'm assuming people have gotten it.

Granted, it's going to be different for each person because of the number of honors received per game (if everyone votes, you get EXTRA honor) and also negative honor via complaints or reports.

But yeah, I'd be curious to know as well, haha.
