How do you expect your community to clean up when you don't set an example of these guys Riot. He was literally mocking your banning system for never catching him each game. Saying he will just split push and feed

Also: If you wait a few minutes after a game before jumping into a new one, you drastically reduce the odds of seeing the same person multiple times.

lolptwo1 votesThe only thing that worries me is that he won't get banned. The reports that I sent clearly didnt' do anything. He clearly is mocking the system and found a sweet spot to where all you have to do is pretend youre not feeding but feed freely anyways just do it passive aggressively (instead of walking into towers over and over just split push and stand still and die while doing minimal damage)
The worst part to top it off of all this is that. I look like the bad guy to the system if what he's doing simply looks like a 'bad game" which it's clearly not, he's stating his intention in chat openly "I will make sure you guys lose" for NO reason at all (we literally said nothing mean to anyone he just came into the game trying to assert dominance over everyone)
If I look like the bad guy to the system reporting people for what looks like a bad game 1--10 a lot of cs but really, no grouping at all, no damage dealt in key fights standing in a bush laughing the laugh emote, no participation in objectives and blatantly laughing at the system. MY Reports get devalued and become even more insignificant. After seeing him for the 3rd game in a row, I feel really disheartened about the system in place.
AJStarhiker1 votesIf the only time he's saying it is in pre-game (although that kind of attitude does tend to leak out in game), you can always file a support ticket referencing those games.
A lot of people seem to have the mistaken belief that pre/post game chat isn't recorded. That's because, when Tribunal was still active, there were technical issues that prevented inclusion in the cases we saw. Riot had the files, they just weren't part of what we saw.
AJStarhiker1 votesIt takes multiple games to make sure it's a pattern of behavior. If you don't think the post-game reports are enough, send a support ticket, referencing the games and explaining what the player was doing.
Believe it or not, Riot doesn't want those kinds of players ruining games for others. And they do have methods to spot them. It just involves more effort than does scanning chat records.
And if you honestly don't think it'll get picked up via the standard post game report, you can file a support ticket with details about the games and the player involved.
LordClifton1 votesAegon, instead of complaining at poor RIOT with their limited resources, why not help them out?
You can directly send in a ticket to RIOT with pictures of the statements (Print Screen works in Champ Select and transform it into a png file). RIOT is very professional and will look into your report request around 3 days or so.
Of course, RIOT will not tell you what they decide since that is none of your business, but you can guarantee that they look into the report.
