Champ select, Player gets pissed and trolls and states "Well now the team is going to losing LP"
He wont say anything reportable in champ just troll pick and play to make sure the team loses.

The game ended as a remake because the enemy junger didnt connect so cant tell BUT what he said and jungle.
Chermorg1 votesIf he wants to go an off-meta pick, that's fine, until such time as he actually trolls in game. Simply picking an off-meta champion in an off-meta lane will not get someone punished.
That being said, depending on what he did in those 3 minutes, Riot may review it and "mark" the account for further investigation - so I'd go ahead and report in a ticket as they suggested. While it's unlikely the player is punished based off this one game, it may impact their account either now or in the future if they do troll other games and it is investigated because of your report.
Totalwanabe1 voteshow hard you think you will be punished for lashing at him and calling him a troll for going off meta, since you're reacting negatively here which mean you were far more negative in the champ select.
