Why am I getting people trying new champions for the first time in ranked?
Why is this behavior considered okay?

cause other than normal queue, in ranked you can get matched with ppl who just recently reached lv 30 and got no experience whatsoever.
also im always suprised if someone with 2.5m total champ points (8champs) get fucked by a guy with barely 200h playtime
