In regards to the support singed case

Riot should implement a "other" slot in the queue. So if you want to play something completely out of meta, like support/counter jg/splitpush singed, but all wrapped up into one, than that person can queue up as "other." And if people want to include out of meta "other" options in their game, on their team, than they can click "accept others" when queuing up. Otherwise, they won't be matched with them on the same team. And if a player queues up as something really far out of the meta like said singed player queueing up as support but not being in lane for 60% of the time, gimping his ADC, then you could report him for trolling outside of his picked role.

Because I have no problem with what you want to play. I just don't think that you should mislabel and mislead people by queuing up as support if your not ever going to be in lane, or queue up as jungle if your going to proxy farm your top and mid all game. Or some other strat that leaves your teammates feeling 4v5 and disheartened all game just because of your choices.
