Whenever I get an intentional feeder on my team I always check their history to see how long they've been doing this and what a shock, this guy has been doing it since May. Glad Riot's ban system got him. And before someone complains or this is removed, there's no names, and this is out here to prove, as evidence, your system isn't working and needs a change, so please don't remove this.

I would accept if you say he should not instantly play ranked after a break like that but you cant tell by these games that he is feeding intentional.
Otherwise I could say you are a whiny baby which is blaming people for a game you lost.
Cause you have no background information about him, neither do I about you. So what about we both don't say such things?
General Esdeath 1 votesSeeing as I asked him to stop going in and he just walked into the enemy (near their bot lane turret) I'm guessing he takes the breaks because the system stops watching you after some time.

Actually if someone gets a 14 day ban punishment in which is written: next punishment is perma ban, don't do something bad! And the person decides to not play for 12 months because he don't want to lose the account, it doesn't change anything.
The next time he gets reported and is guilty (because he flamed or stuff) he gets perma banned because its the amount of games you play from which the system "stops watching you"

CooL Ice Tea1 votesOn regular behaviour and regular games you are playing - your actual punishment tier can drop after 3 months.
If you don't play for 3 months you wont drop.
If you are extremly friendly you can drop faster, otherwise if you are still some kind of annoying it will take a bit longer.

U can hit silver with 2:8 in provisionals. Silver is nothing.

Well maybe player is just genuinely very very bad. He probably got carried nicely in provisionals, got into high silver, it takes time to drop
