Riot's great banning system

I got matched in a game with someone trolling and decided to look into their match history. Shockingly, he's been doing this for a few days. May 10th (as seen in this picture) he did this 3-4 times. 2 days later and he still isn't banned? 2 days. Really Riot? Are we gonna have another one of Dunkey's Malphites (Who took months to be banned despite video evidence)? At least give us an option to report trolls in the lobby and force dodge while a PERSON at Riot, not a machine, looks and judges who was right and punishes the wrong?

Riot doesn't really care if people troll as long as they arent talking while they do it.

Nothing will happen to him.

I have a list of people kept who used racism, bigotry, hate-speech, fed nonstop, sold all their items and ran down the middle incessantly, stole buffs, etc. etc.

Nothing has happened to any of them.

So how not to get banned for Intentional Trolling by the automated system.

. Play some games great scores / stats . Always stay within same level of your team . Have some CS farm lower CS if you are the support. . Just hit enemys to make it look like you helped your team . Deal Damage to enemy tower / minions but Intentionally troll some team fights

. Play TahmKench Eat your ADC, or Tank / CC in a fight so the enemy team wins the fights, and wait for your team to rage at you (Only do this at a very critical moment that will cost your team dearly (When others flame you) Reprot and get them banned act innocent, say sorry make them rage more and cost games...

Yeah no system is perfect?

Look, many of us understand your frustration. We've had trolls in our games as well.

But can you offer a solution that doesn't involve accidentally banning players that just play poorly?

People can be really really bad at the game and not do it intentionally. Banning these players by accident is not an option. So as long as the troll even attempts to avoid detection by showing some half-ass cs'ing, attacking, etc, they can slip through the system. Making the system more harsh will not change this.

All it would accomplish is that the people who are intentionally feeding while trying to avoid the system would just try a little harder to avoid the system. You also can't manual review each and every case because the manpower doesn't exist to do so.

So I ask, what would the solution be?

What ELO?

And Riot has feeder buster, and it is pretty harsh, so as long as you report them, the system also bans feeders as well as toxicity.
