League Wall of Shame

So the purpose of this topic is to go above and beyond simply clicking the "report" button after a game.... for those people who grossly abuse the game and other players.

I will start this topic off with a particular player, who's summoner name is <removed by moderator>

I was queing ranked solo/duo que, and my particular division is Bronze 4. We get the ready screen, go to champ select, and everyone picks their champs and bans. Nothing unusual. I pick Hecarim Jungle, and <removed by moderator> picks Soraka support. Again, nothing unusual.

Then, we load into game, and we all move to our positions on the map, except <removed by moderator>, who stays at fountain.

Then, we ask for him to come help us, since the game is about to start. He replies "NO, BAD HORSEY" and then proceeds to chat with our team about how he is not leaving the fountain, and how he is going to force the game to prompt a remake. Then, he says "i dunno, should i let you guys remake or make you all get a loss? lolol"

At this point, it is very clear to all of us that he is trolling, so 2 of us ask him to come join the game, which at this point, is already well underway. Myself and another person ask him to just let us remake. So he says "NAH I THINK ILL JUST QUIT HAHA" and then he LEAVES THE FOUNTAIN, AND RUNS BACK IN, then disconnects himself from the game, for the rest of the game.

BECAUSE he left the fountain and came back to it, we could not remake the game, resulting in a long, drawn out loss, and we could not all agree to FF at 10 minutes.

So what started out as a seemingly normal game, turned into the biggest troll to force a Loss on all players of our team.
