Hello. I get suspended and dont understand why. Im being presented with a log, read through it and still dont understand why. I make a support ticket asking them why. They tell me Im toxic. I ask them what have I said that they deem toxic? The say they have already explained themselves, close the ticket and then threatens me to lock my account if I continue to ask for the same thing.
Where is the understandign and logic behind this behavior from Riot Games?
They've stated their case already, you didn't like their answer, but there's no other answer for you.
Basic logic that you aren't understanding.
Of course, if you want the community to review your logs, then post it.
If they had to warn you that they'd lock your account if you continued to "ask for the same thing" after asking for clarification about what parts of your behavior was toxic, I'd have to guess that you weren't exactly maintaining composure in pressing for further answers. Riot Support is usually pretty good about explaining which behaviors pushed you to the punishment when asked, so I can only imagine that was a failing on your part.
As for your chat logs, if you'd like a peer review to have the community help you better understand where you crossed the line, you can present your chat logs here and we'd be glad to show you what behavior may not have been welcome in League.
